  1. - Send greeting card that tells story of change and support

  2. - Have card unfold into a branded picture frame that continues story of change and support

  2. - Prove CB’s adapting to the times by getting hip and getting on Facebook

  1. - Concept and execute an interactive/grassroots Facebook experience and charity/credit application and widget

  2. - Translate CB corporate-speak into shorter, more witty (I tried, see “Credit Education”), human language
